There are different types of Anxiety Disorders:
Panic Disorder: Repeated episodes of sudden, intense fear that come on quickly and peak within minutes.Phobias: Intense fear of a specific object or situation, such as spiders or flying.Social Anxiety Disorder: Extreme fear of being scrutinized and judged by others in social or performance situations.Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD): Characterized by chronic, exaggerated worrying about everyday life.
