  • Everyone is different in how they may view “problems”. If something is bothersome or is getting in the way of you living your best life, then chances are you can use therapy to help optimize how you are living your life.

  • Let’s chat and see if you think I can be a good fit for you in your journey. If I am not, I can provide referrals for you! Your therapy means your time and your experience. It is all about what you want and need and I am here to help you figure that out.

  • KNI Therapy is an out of network (OON) provider, which means that I do not contract directly with insurance companies.

    Many people have out of network benefits through their insurance carrier. I will provide a “superbill” for you to submit directly to your insurance company for reimbursement if you want to go that route.

  • Therapy is conducted through a secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform. Before each session, you'll receive a reminder and a private link to join your appointment. It's simple, confidential, and designed to make therapy accessible.

  • Sessions are 45-50 minutes. Sessions are semi-structured and usually follow the same format. Therapist will check in and follow up on goals from previous session. We will then move into new goals and issues that the client decides to work on.

  • Length of treatment is different for everyone. CBT is a shortER term therapy in which we set goals and work towards them. However, amount of sessions needed depends on you and your needs.

  • Throughout therapy, your therapist will check in to see how you are feeling about your goals and progress. You and your therapist can discuss going to every other week sessions or monthly sessions when it is appropriate. Once you feel like you are doing well with less sessions, the process of discharge can be discussed. Disclaimer: Many people enjoy therapy and will choose to stay in therapy for a long time to address common life stressors.

  • Many people decide to stop therapy and return. Some people can go months without therapy and they may decide to return for a number of reasons. You can always return to therapy as long as there is space in the schedule.
